Warranty
We are committed to the quality of our products:
- Light switches carry a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- Tapware carries a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Filters, cartridges, and other consumables are excluded.
If a fault occurs within the applicable warranty period, we will replace the item and arrange delivery at Illuminex’s expense, subject to inspection and approval. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Please note:
- Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
- All light switches, lighting products, and sockets must be installed by a certified electrician.
- All tapware must be installed by a certified plumber.
- We recommend inspecting your items carefully before installation, as claims for damaged or incorrect products cannot be accepted once items are installed.
To assist us in resolving your claim promptly, photos or videos should be emailed to info@illuminex.co.za along with your order details.
Changed Your Mind?
For items returned due to buyer’s remorse or if no longer required:
- Illuminex will arrange collection from your address for a R125 collection fee.
- Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Please contact info@illuminex.co.za within 7 days of delivery to arrange a refund or exchange.
